There were maintenance men touching up paint and landscaping regularly. The resort was built in 2011 and still looks new and very well maintained. He made us special dinner reservations, provided us food to the room when asked, and booked us a special dinner on the beach one night with live music. Our butler Alexis was very attentive and helpful. The view and room accommodations were wonderful. We stayed in the swim up, ocean front bungalow with Preferred Club access. This was our first time visiting a Secrets resort and we’re there to celebrate our anniversary. We just returned from a week long vacation (August 27 - Sept 2, 2022) at Secrets Cap Cana. And don’t leave without spending a night with Francisco in the lobby bar where he can memorize what everyone is drinking & have drinks ready to go! All in all, the service at this resort is 10/10! You can tell the management is focusing on customer service and it goes to show! We are UVC members so we visit all AM resorts but this is one of our favorites and we will be returning! Darling will hopefully still be there!!… Cocktails at the swim bar were perfected by Ariel, Manuel, & Odalis! My husband & our friends enjoyed talking baseball with them all week.

The bar and service staff there was top notch! Our waitresses Madelyn, Coraima, & Vanessa were always around & we never waited on bottled water or drinks. We spent most days at the pool where the swim up bar is, because we enjoy the action, music, & activities. Housekeeping was wonderful although I don’t know their names in building 9. He arranged our couples massage & romantic breakfast in bed, which was all perfect. Food was excellent, Service at this resort was even better! Darling was our butler and was very informative when we arrived & there to provide anything we needed. I told my husband that you just can’t beat the beaches in Punta Cana & the beach at this resort is stunning! Although we are always at the swim up bar in the pool I still enjoy a nice stroll on the beach and the scenery. Just returning home from a 5 day trip to a fantastic resort.
